How support works in practice

You’ll have a simple, clear way to ask for help and see what’s happening.

1. Client portal access

You get a login to the Claw Labs portal with your projects, files and invoices.

2. Support requests

Log questions or change requests as support tickets with clear priority levels.

3. Status & updates

See whether your request is open, in progress, waiting on you or completed.

4. Monthly time allowance

Each plan includes a certain amount of “tweak time” for small changes.

5. Extra work

Bigger changes are quoted clearly so you can decide what to prioritise.

6. No long contracts

Care plans can usually be paused or cancelled with notice if things change.
